Read Hebrews 10:1-18
“Anyone can give without sacrifice, but not everyone will sacrifice just to give.” ~Unknown
Jesus brought a better sacrifice because…
1. A better sacrifice was needed. (1-4)
The law was only a shadow of reality.
The law was not able to clear our conscience.
The law was a constant reminder of sin.
2. A better sacrifice was provided. (5-9)
It was provided by Christ.
It was provided willingly.
It was provided freely.
3. A better sacrifice was all-sufficient. (10-18)
All-sufficient sanctification.
All-sufficient confirmation.
All-sufficient satisfaction.
